W Development Partners ("W") was formed by the principals of Wolfe Commercial, Inc. to establish an investor platform to acquire regional real estate development and investment opportunities. Wolfe Commercial, Inc. is a privately held real estate company founded in 1972 whose principals have assembled a diversified portfolio of residential, office and retail properties in the western United States.
W intends to build a diversified, secure real estate portfolio by carefully acquiring, developing and managing well-located, high quality real estate assets. W will implement value-add plans by acquisition, development, financing and/or repositioning of select real estate opportunities that provide above-market capital appreciation within a twenty-four month investment period.
