W's primary goal is to protect investor's capital. Accordingly, W will earn no management fees, only participation in profits after investor capital is returned. For real estate services, Wolfe Commercial, Inc. may be retained and will earn only typical and customary real estate fees that would otherwise be earned by third party real estate service providers. On development projects built by W, general contractor profits , overhead costs and developer fees are not earned until investors have received their entire investment and preferred return.
