William Utnehmer has been active in the commercial real estate market since first moving to California twenty years ago. Mr. Utnehmer is a Counselor of Real Estate, member of the State Bar of California and a licensed California real estate broker. Prior to joining Wolfe Commercial, Mr. Utnehmer was with Tishman Realty Corporation in Los Angeles, one of the nation's premier commercial developers. Mr. Utnehmer has extensive hands-on experience in recognizing real estate opportunities and maximizing values of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Utnehmer has engineered and negotiated transactions on over five million square feet of real estate with a roster of Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Utnehmer's success is founded on his exceptionally high energy level in diligently pursuing superior results. Mr. Utnehmer is an active member of the commercial real estate community where he serves as a member of the State Bar of California, Counselors of Real Estate, Urban Land Institute, University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and International Council of Shopping Centers.
