This 170-acre mixed use project is located at the gateway of the new 4,800 acre Mountain House master planned community. Fully developed, the Mountain House property will include nearly 600 apartments, 3 hotels, several restaurants, a grocery anchored shopping center and a 100-acre business park. W provided early stage capital and implemented the development plan. W arranged a forward commitment from a national apartment developer on 26 acres upon completion of the final map. This commitment provided sufficient capital for the acquisition of the entire 170-acre project and installation of necessary infrastructure for further retail development.
